As a society grows and the quantity of knowledge increases, the need for an educational system increases. People in poorer communities cannot afford to spend a lot of money on formal education, so it is necessary to develop selective means for cultural transmission. Schools and teachers play an important role in providing this type of education. In fact, more people are choosing to attend public schools to get an education. But this is not always an effective solution. It is not a universally desirable solution either.
