From 2-point parlays to 100/1 long shots, these 5 expert football picks and parlays are sure to help you find some winning opportunities in Week 1. Don’t miss out!
Pittsburgh Steelers (-3) at New England Patriots
The Pittsburgh Steelers are entering the 2017 NFL season with a lot of uncertainty. Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, running back Leaven Bell, and wide receiver Mart avis Bryant all missed games last season due to injuries or suspensions. However, the team is excited to see newly acquired tight end Lazarus Green in action after missing his entire first year with the team due to injury. I believe that this game will be close but will go in favor of the defending Super Bowl champions due to their home-field advantage. Free Picks: Patriots -3
Green Bay Packers (-6.5) at Minnesota Vikings
The Minnesota Vikings head to Lambeau Field this weekend to take on the Green Bay Packers in an NFC North showdown. Despite having a new quarterback, the Vikings have been playing solid football, winning three of their last four games. The Packers are coming off a shocking loss to the Redskins and will be looking to rebound at home against one of the most complete teams in football. This is going to be a tough one with two evenly matched teams, but we like the Packers at home where they’ve won five straight games against division opponents. My 5 expert picks are:
Green Bay -6.5
Baltimore Ravens (-4) at Miami Dolphins

The Ravens are coming into the first week of play with a lot of momentum after defeating the Buffalo Bills in their final preseason game 24-18 on Thursday night. They are well rested coming into this one after having last played over three weeks ago in their season opener against Cincinnati Bengals on September 10th. Miami also will have some fatigue because they played last Saturday in their first preseason game against Cleveland Browns.
Kansas City Chiefs (-10) at Jacksonville Jaguars
With their season opener in the books, the Chiefs have to be feeling pretty good about themselves. They soundly beat the New England Patriots on Sunday night by a score of 42-27. The Jaguars are coming off an exciting win against Houston Texans where they came from behind to win on a field goal with one second left in the game. This game should be close, as both teams are playing well so far this year. With that being said, Kansas City is expected to improve after last season’s playoff collapse and Jacksonville has been playing well enough so far this year to warrant a 10 point spread. I think the Chiefs will come out victorious in this one.
Los Angeles Rams (-3) at Carolina Panthers
The Los Angeles Rams will take on the Carolina Panthers in an NFC South matchup. The Rams have had a rough offseason but seem to be moving past it thanks to some great draft picks like wide receiver Cooper Kupp. The Carolina Panthers are coming off a 12-4 season and Super Bowl appearance, so they’re feeling pretty good about themselves. This game is going to be close, but with the Rams’ defensive prowess; I think they’ll come out with a win at home.
